Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) Experience 3-5 years in overseas social media marketing Community/group management experience (strong advantage) Language & Cultural Fit Native-level English fluency (written/spoken) for multinational team collaboration Creative Competencies Exceptional copywriting skills and visual aesthetics Ability to distill product USPs with global perspective Expertise in identifying cross-cultural social trend Cross-cultural communication and teamwork capabilities Technical Expertise Proficiency in multi-platform algorithms and features Experience with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) Data-driven optimization mindset Content Strategy Development Analyze overseas social media user preferences across platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and LinkedIn Develop brand-aligned content strategies and maintain regular account updates Viral Content Engineering Identify platform algorithms and trending topics to create brand-specific content Establish replicable viral content frameworks to boost exposure and view completion rates Community Engagement Foster user connections to increase follower loyalty Monitor post-performance metrics, feedback, and comment interactions Cross-Functional Production Collaborate with design/video teams to ensure high-quality content delivery Manage end-to-end creative production timelines
