We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position at Positive Harmony Pathways Counseling. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to balance work and life while providing support to students from various geographical locations in Atlanta, Georgia. You will join a dynamic and diverse team of mental health professionals committed to improving the emotional health of our students, promoting access to care, and ensuring that each client receives tailored support to meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individualized and effective intervention.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Collaborate with educational staff, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to each student's care.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops aimed at empowering students and their families.
• Assess crisis situations and implement risk assessments, safety planning, and urgent interventions when necessary.
• Document all clinical interactions promptly and accurately, maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to interns or junior staff as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and adjustment difficulties. Your interventions will not only target the individual needs of the students but also involve empowering families through support, education, and resources tailored to strengthening their home environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health or outpatient settings, preferably with school-aged populations.
• Robust knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to children and adolescents.
• Strong assessment and interpersonal skills alongside excellent communication abilities to connect effectively with students, families, and school staff.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in school settings, understanding the dynamics and challenges of the school environment.
• Familiarity with Integrated Behavioral Health models and multi-disciplinary approaches.
• Background or training in trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits
