Assist the General Manager in managing all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high‑quality products and service are delivered to our customers, ensuring restaurant profitability. You must be a team‑oriented leader who instills pride and accountability in your team, and you must uphold compliance with all company policies and procedural mandates, including federal, state & local laws and ethical business practices. Responsibilities Work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends. Contribute to profit goals by ensuring they stay within company guidelines and target goals by accurately utilizing the POS system. Execute cash management duties and assist in the management of adequate inventory levels using the company’s systems and guidelines to minimize loss. Maintain the restaurant’s assets by ensuring it is clean, safe and organized and that safety and security standards are complied with at all times. Demonstrate dependability and a sense of urgency in getting results. Perform the duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery. Open or close the shift responsibly. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation. Minimum of 1 year of experience. High school diploma or GED. Successful and stable employment history. Able to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision. Proficient with phones, computers, fax machines and copiers.
