About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Data Engineering with a focus on Cybersecurity to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of launching innovative initiatives in this cutting-edge domain, leading and executing core projects from the ground up. This role offers maximum ownership, allowing the individual to have complete autonomy in architecting systems, driving strategy, and building solutions without the constraints of corporate bureaucracy. The Head of Data Engineering will be responsible for translating high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, and for architecting scalable solutions to ensure the department's rapid growth and success. Applicants for the Head of Data Engineering position should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. A high-agency builder mindset is essential, as is a proven track record of domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership. The role requires excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work in a high-growth environment that values good ideas and fast execution. The ideal candidate will be part of an elite team, reporting directly to the department founder, and collaborating with world-class engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.
