Based in Austin, Stack City BBQ is built on community, smoke, and good times in the backyard! As we move into a growth phase, we’re seeking Shift Leaders to join us at our Austin location . As a Shift Leader at our fast casual BBQ restaurant, you will blend genuine hospitality with a sales-driven mindset while ensuring operational excellence. You’ll lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, hold staff accountable to established systems, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue on every shift.
