Why Join Our Practice Annual earning potential up to $450,000 Established patient base with full clinical schedule Modern, fully equipped practice Strong clinical and administrative support team Opportunity to practice full-scope general dentistry Positive, collaborative workplace culture Job Responsibilities Examine patients’ teeth, gums, and oral tissues to diagnose oral health conditions Utilize digital X-rays and imaging technology to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, veneers, extractions, whitening, bonding, and decay treatment Administer local anesthesia as needed for patient comfort Conduct oral cancer screenings and preventative evaluations Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions Prescribe medications including antibiotics and pain management when appropriate Take dental impressions for custom appliances such as dentures and mouthguards Maintain strict compliance with sterilization protocols and infection control standards Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC regulations Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree Active state dental license (Washington) or eligibility for licensure CPR certification required Knowledge of dental health and safety regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC guidelines Experience with dental software or practice management systems preferred 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply Apply today to join a practice where clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient care are the top priorities.
