Senior Backend Engineer

About the Role We're looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer to take real ownership across our stack. You'll work directly alongside our CTO on current product and future development, and partner with the founding team to shape product, technology, and strategy. You'll help build not just our software, but our culture, our processes, and our engineering practices. There are hard, interesting problems to solve here. What Success Looks Like You write, review, and ship production code. The company's success depends on what you build. You use Generative AI tools daily to improve the quality and speed of everything you deliver. Areas of Ownership Our hiring process is designed to assess a generalist set of engineering capabilities, with a specialization in back‑end technologies. Required expertise: Python, Terraform, and GCP.
