THE JOB
Step into the pulse of luxury hospitality at MGM National Harbor as an Executive Assistant— the ultimate right hand to leadership.THE SCHEDULE
In‑office position with core hours Monday‑Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM.DAY‑TO‑DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep leadership on track by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference calls. Plan and book domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas, passports). Draft and polish professional communications, presentations, and reports. Act as a gatekeeper—screen calls, handle inquiries, and ensure priorities stay aligned. Manage high‑volume email inboxes with precision and discretion. Organize and maintain both digital and physical files with strict confidentiality. Support special projects, conduct research, and gather key information. Reconcile expenses and process reimbursements efficiently. Maintain and update key business contacts and databases. Assist the broader team with administrative tasks as needed.IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative roles.PERKS & BENEFITS
