Construction Project Manager

Salary: USD100000 - USD100000 per year Position Overview: Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their client's team in Orange County, California. This is a full-time, onsite position conveniently located near the Irvine/Newport Beach area, close to the airport. The role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project software to coordinate construction timelines effectively. Manage project budgets and cost estimates. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review construction plans and schematics for accuracy and feasibility. Utilize Bluebeam for reviewing blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to facilitate precise execution. Lead project teams by managing contractors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout each phase of the project. Qualifications: Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong background in construction management software such as Microsoft Office and Bluebeam. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling, project coordination, cost management, and regulatory compliance within the construction industry. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately while managing construction plans effectively. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role; excellent time management skills are essential. Hands‑on experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety standards and building codes. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams efficiently. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
