Clinical Pharmacist – Kadlec Regional Medical Center – Richland, WA The Clinical Pharmacist I is responsible for providing high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Shift Details Night Shift: 10‑hour night shifts, 7 nights on and 7 nights off. Required Qualifications PharmD (Doctorate of Pharmacy) or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) – where applicable When eligible and applicable: Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License Preferred Qualifications Acute‑care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP‑accredited PGY1 residency Benefits Our best‑in‑class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally, and achieving financial security.
