Warehouse & Account Support Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual
(70% Warehouse Operations / 30% Corporate Account Support) Salary: $43,000$45,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse & Account Support Coordinator to support both daily warehouse operations and corporate customer communication.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working both on-site in warehouse operations and handling basic administrative/customer coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations (Approx. 70%)
- Process incoming shipments
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels
- Prepare outbound shipments
- Coordinate shipping and dispatch
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations
Account & Customer Support (Approx. 30%)
- Communicate with corporate clients
- Handle customer inquiries
- Coordinate internally with related departments
- Provide basic operational updates to clients
Qualifications
- Basic Excel skills (data entry and simple functions)
- Comfortable using a computer and general office software
- Ability to communicate in Japanese & in basic English
- Detail-oriented and reliable
