ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in an agency, and insurance has always been a part of my life since my father was also an agent. That background helped shape the competitive, team-oriented culture we've built today.

I played football at University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), and that competitive mindset still carries into how we operate as a team. We work hard, stay driven, and push each other to be our best while still making sure we enjoy the process and have fun together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trey Poole - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
