ICU Nurse

Provide specialized critical care nursing services in the ICU to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Deliver compassionate, high-quality care while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and health management.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical observations accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures and equipment.
• Exhibit strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
