Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications Second in command of a $1 million+ business, working closely with the Restaurant General Manager to grow the business. Natural leader who can help build and sustain a winning team and create a great place to work. Passion for customer service, with a focus on delivering great-tasting chicken and ensuring customers have a positive experience. Honest, energetic, motivational and fun, embodying KFC’s culture. Sets high standards for self and for the team and is committed to meeting those standards. Enjoys the excitement of the restaurant business, thrives on daily challenges, and is ready to adapt. At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ready to learn and grow, with a true desire to develop skills through training provided on the job.
