Weekend Lead Schedule:(37 hours per week) $20.00 per hour for daytime hours/ $14.50 for overnight hours.In this role you will be making a difference by:Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal caresScheduling activitiesAdministering medicationsCooking and houseworkEnsuring house safetyProvide constant supervisionTransportation to appointments and community eventsCoaching and mentoring staffMaintaining proper documentation and logs of all consumer-based activities, medications, and other items in compliance with PTC and other guidelines, policies, and regulations.To be considered for this role you must:Carry a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicleHold an acceptable driving recordPossess strong English communication skillsHave the ability to cover shifts beyond your own as necessaryBe able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background checkHave previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.Have last minute availability to cover open shifts between Friday at 2:00pm- Monday 9:00am.All full-time positions offer a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc.Pathways to Community is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
