I have a proven track record of helping team members achieve success, and go on to open their own agency which has unlimited potential.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.Work with the agency around marketing efforts to build and grow the agencyTrack activity and report progress toward established objectives.Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.Uncover insurance needs and provide solutions to help protect customers and their assetsHelp customers plan around finances and insuranceQualificationsStrong communication and relationship-building skills.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.Must be coachable, driven, self motivated, and responsibleCompensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearAre You Driven & Ambitious?We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
