Managers In Training will learn to manage daily store operations from experienced leaders, working alongside Training Managers and Supervising Managers during training and on various shifts. After training, they join our bench leadership team, filling in during absences until assigned their own store. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service Assist in building and developing a store team through training, scheduling, and coaching Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure in-stock status Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety, especially in locations offering hot food Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including the coffee station, food service area, and bathrooms Operate cash registers efficiently Support food service operations and perform other duties as assigned Our stores operate 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications High School diploma or GED At least 1 year of retail or food service experience Leadership experience preferred ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus Strong communication, high energy, team-oriented, and computer skills helpful Additional Details This full-time position involves working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods. Uniforms are provided, and a vehicle may be needed for deposit deliveries.
