Contract | Travel | Days (6:30 AM–5:00 PM and/or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM) | On-call rotation required | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a first assist in the operating room across surgical cases and procedures
• Participate in an on-call rotation with current staff, covering approximately 4–5 weekday evening/night shifts and 2–4 weekend shifts over a 6-week schedule
• Float between campuses as needed to support surgical staffing demands
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient patient care throughout operative procedures

Required Qualifications

• Certified First Assistant (CFA), Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA), or Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) — one of these credentials is required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability and willingness to float between campuses as operationally needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) is preferred
• Prior travel assignment experience in an OR setting
