Position Overview: We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (Setter / Opener) to generate new opportunities by connecting with homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a field-based, entry-to-mid level sales role focused on lead generation and appointment setting , not management. Key Responsibilities: Engage with homeowners in assigned areas (door-to-door outreach) Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team Clearly communicate the value of our services to potential clients Track your daily activity and performance Represent the company with professionalism and energy in the field Requirements Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required) Bilingual abilities are a plus. Have a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
