NOW HIRING: Quality Control Inspectors
Training Location: Los Angeles, CA
Permanent Work Location: Culver City, CA (after completion of training)
Pay: $24.20/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Kelly is hiring Quality Control Inspectors for Silvus Technologies, a Motorola company . New hires will begin training at the company's Los Angeles facility and, upon successful completion of training, transition to the permanent Culver City location.

What You'll Do
- Inspect incoming electronic and mechanical components for quality
- Examine products including electronic cables, GPS devices, Wi-Fi dongles, connectors, and assemblies
- Perform raw material inspections and fit checks
- Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and quality reports
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records
- Evaluate tooling and parts for serviceability
- Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to improve quality processes
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of electronic quality inspection experience
- Experience using multimeters, calipers, microscopes, and other inspection tools
- Ability to read basic schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IPC-J-STD-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or IPC-J-STD-001 standards
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
