At Haven Home Health & Hospice we are locally owned and mission-driven. Strong systems support strong clinicians and this role is at the center of it all.
This is not a typical administrative role. This is our in-house tech support and systems coordinator the person our team relies on to keep everything connected and running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who:
Is confident troubleshooting computers software and office technology Learns new systems quickly and is not intimidated by technology Enjoys problem-solving and figuring things out independently Thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment Stays organized while juggling multiple priorities Has a clean driving record What you will do:
Serve as the go-to resource for day-to-day tech support including computers phones software and basic troubleshooting Coordinate and maintain office systems and workflows Manage company vehicles and fleet logistics Handle vendor services supplies and equipment needs Support leadership with scheduling reporting and special projects Why Haven:
