Call Center Representative

Our Call Center Representatives dispatch roadside assistance and administrative instances such as setting up a tow, fuel delivery, or tire change. In addition to roadside assistance, we handle other call types such as claims, reimbursements, setting up rental vehicles, and auto shop repair/maintenance approvals We can service vehicles anywhere from typical cars on the road, such as a Sedan or SUV, all the way up to larger semi/freight trucks. Schedule 

• Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sun: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM or 3:00PM – 9:00PM 

• Tue & Sat: Unavailable (Off)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls: Manage high-volume calls from drivers in a fast-paced call center.

• Coordinate Roadside Services: Dispatch towing, fuel delivery, jumpstarts, and tire changes.

• Act as the Liaison: Gather critical details from drivers and secure available in-network service providers.

• Support All Vehicle Types: Assist drivers of standard passenger cars up to large semi/freight trucks.

• Manage Claims & Rentals: Set up rental vehicles and process driver reimbursement claims.

• Approve Shop Repairs: Review and authorize auto shop maintenance and repair requests.

• Navigate Tech Systems: Utilize multiple dispatch databases and software programs simultaneously.

• Learn & Upskill: Complete a mandatory 6-week training program and master all call types within 90 days.
