Program Manager, Strategic Accounts

This role manages product lifecycles, drives cross-functional collaboration, and ensures new products and programs meet business goals, customer expectations, and profitability targets. The Program Manager partners closely with Merchandising, R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, and Sales to bring ideas from concept to commercialization while ensuring operational readiness for launch.KeyResponsibilities Include:Product & Program LeadershipManage product development and commercialization from concept through final development for assigned programs.Lead RFP and brand program deliverables, ensuring complete, timely, and competitive submissions, including tailored customer facing product sample submissionsDevelop and maintain pricing, margin analysis, and roadmap updates aligned to business objectives.Oversee program or RFP specific product projects, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.Maintain existing assigned Hospitality Programs with incremental changes and ongoing assortment upkeepCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with R&D, Product Merchandising, Sourcing, and Marketing to ensure alignment on design, cost, quality, and positioning.Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support customer-specific initiatives and new opportunities.Coordinate launch readiness across internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer support.Market & Customer FocusGather and interpret customer and market insights to guide product improvements and new development.Support trade shows, customer presentations, and brand reviews with accurate and compelling product and program information.Key Qualifications Include:Bachelor’s Degree Required3+ years experience with Product, Business/Marketing Strategy, Project Management preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required, Salesforce and Power BI preferredMust have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving skills and enthusiastic about new ideasPM21Proudly, Standard Textile has earned a title of US Best Managed Company for the sixth year running, an honor awarded by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal, celebrating the exceptional achievements of American private companies and their management teams.Standard Textile is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.Join us!SummaryLocation: Cincinnati, OHType: Full time
