Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Registered Nurse Telemetry

Schedule: 12hr Days, 36 hours per week, 3x12s, every other weekend, every other holiday, shifts from 7am to 7pm.

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Valid RN License in the state
• BLS certification (ARC or AHA)
• Experience in telemetry and neuro
• Meditech experience preferred
• Travel experience required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patients' telemetry
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Float to similar units as needed
