Healthcare Technology Project ManagerAn Insight Global customer is seeking an experienced and dynamic Healthcare Technology Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale healthcare data quality initiatives and projects. This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, leadership capabilities, technical awareness, and change management proficiency to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure interoperability goals are metImplement data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, LOINC) across systemsEnsure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulationsFacilitate stakeholder meetings and communication strategiesMonitor project progress and prepare reports for leadership and fundersIdentify and mitigate project risks and barriersPromote adoption of interoperability tools and workflowsCompensation Range: $50/hr to $60/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
