Caregiver

Caregiver Position

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Romulus, MI. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with medication reminders and monitor client health as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the clients home.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and pay attention to detail.
• Available to work flexible hours as needed.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus.
• Must pass background checks.
