Obstetrics & Gynecology PhysicianRooted Talent Solutions — Full Time Rooted Talent Solutions is seeking a board-certified OBGYN to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in outpatient and inpatient settings. Deliver high‑quality reproductive and perinatal services, manage chronic gynecologic conditions, supervise learners, and collaborate with the care team to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide care to female patients across reproductive life stages. Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care; perform safe deliveries. Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and treatments. Provide outpatient and in‑hospital medical care; manage chronic conditions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting. Consult with the Medical Director on complex cases and coordinate referrals to specialists. Participate in clinic policy development, quality improvement, and regulatory audits. Serve as a preceptor for medical students and NP/PA students; support nursing staff. Participate in daily team huddles, staff meetings, and clinic improvement activities. Implement community‑based, patient‑centered medical home practices. Rotate between clinic sites as needed and perform duties assigned by the Medical Director. Schedule & Travel Mon–Fri, typical hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; occasional weekends possible.
