Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Entry Level Account Manager to join our Charlotte sales team. If you thrive on building relationships, enjoy working in a team-focused environment, and are motivated by clear goals and growth opportunities, we want to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals seeking a career pivot into sales. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
️ Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through direct face to face contact
- Learn and promote Conquista Group’s services and products to meet client needs.
- Assist in managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and development workshops.
- Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams for seamless onboarding.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- No prior sales experience necessary—just a willingness to grow!
