With multiple openings available, there is flexibility regarding student age groups and assignment locations within the school system.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Recent experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
• Familiarity with IEP implementation, progress monitoring, and thorough documentation practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
• Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative in dynamic environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, addressing a range of communication needs
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans, aligned with IEP goals
• Assess, diagnose, and document student progress using standardized tools
• Collaborate closely with educators and families to support students’ academic and social growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as appropriate
• Travel between multiple school sites as needed based on assignment flexibility
