Compensation & Shifts

• Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour

• 1st Shift : Daytime hours

• 2nd Shift : Afternoon/Evening hours

• 3rd Shift : Overnight hours (7 PM – 3 AM, transitioning to 11 PM – 7 AM this summer) (1 ( , 2 ( , 3 ( , 4 ( )

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Line Support : Feed production lines, manage pallets, and clear jams to keep operations smooth.

• Labeling & Logistics : Apply labels/feet to pallets and verify exact piece counts.

• Team Collaboration : Assist machine operators and forklift drivers with staging and assembly.

• Fast-Paced Work : Assemble partial orders quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Education : High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent.

• Experience : 1+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.

• Skills : Familiarity with RF scanners, inventory, shipping, and receiving.

• Physical Ability : Must lift 30–50 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours.

• Environment : Ability to work in a dynamic warehouse with seasonal temperature changes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin Park, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
