A travel pharmacist opportunity is available in Klamath Falls, OR, focusing on retail and outpatient pharmacy services. This role requires flexibility to float between multiple nearby locations within approximately 5 miles, supporting a health system’s pharmacy operations.
Location: Klamath Falls, OR
Job Type: Travel
Schedule/Hours:
- 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
- Monday–Friday: 7:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
- Some Saturdays required
Responsibilities:
- Verify, fill, and check prescriptions accurately
- Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians
- Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures
- Support outpatient and retail pharmacy operations across multiple sites
Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon pharmacist license
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience
- Availability to work full-time with flexible scheduling including Saturdays
- Ability to float between pharmacy locations within the area
