Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Orthopedic Trauma

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Orthopedic Trauma to provide exceptional, evidence-based care for patients experiencing intricate musculoskeletal injuries. This role involves a comprehensive approach to patient care, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support throughout their treatment journey.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients.
• Implement and evaluate care strategies in collaboration with surgeons, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver pre-operative and post-operative education to patients and their families.
• Administer medications and manage wound and fracture care.
• Monitor telemetry and manage pain effectively.
• Assist in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in orthopedic trauma nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
