Consider joining Concentra as an Onsite Registered Nurse/Wellness and Care Management Nurse.ResponsibilitiesJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:As a wellness and care management registered nurse, you will focus on patients through internal referrals from our clinicians to achieve health goals.
