Fresh PackerLocation: Landover, MD 20785Pay Rate: $18.00/hrShift: 4AM STARTJob Duties/Responsibilities:Inspect fresh produce for quality and ensure it meets company standards before packing.Pack fresh products into containers or packaging materials according to specified guidelines.Label and seal packages accurately to ensure proper identification and handling.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.Operate basic packaging tools or equipment as required.Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling produce and packaging materials.Assist in inventory management by reporting damaged or unusable products.Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.Qualifications & Requirements:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing and labeling.Basic knowledge of handling fresh produce or willingness to learn on the job.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.Adherence to hygiene and safety standards in a food production environment.No specific educational background required, but basic literacy and numeracy skills are advantageous.
