Our agency has been proudly serving the community for 19 years, continuing a family legacy that began when my grandfather opened the agency in 1955. With a team of 4, we focus on creating a professional, growth-oriented environment where everyone is supported in reaching their goals - both personal and professional.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois and am passionate about helping people understand the importance of insurance, how it protects families, and how it plays a role in planning for the future. Giving back to the community is also a priority for us, we partner with Oak Lawn High School, raise funds with Filling the Gap, and regularly host food and clothing drives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bryan Kovach - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
