Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - PACU

• Provide first 30 minutes of post-operative care or ICU-level care until stabilization
• Ensure a minimum of 2 Registered Nurses are present during patient care in the PACU
• Administer patient care following detailed treatment plans

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - PACU

• 2 years PACU experience
• ICU level of care competency
• ACLS and BLS certifications
