The Cohen Clinic network in Asia offers a unique opportunity to serve U.S. military families stationed at five U.S. military bases in the region. Point Clinical Services PLLC delivers clinical services at the Cohen Clinics. This position is remote and will support CVN Asia operations in South Korea, with primary support for the Vice President, Operations – Asia and the Senior Project Manager, Operations – Asia. Eligible candidates must already be located in South Korea and have SOFA status. What you’ll do We are looking to add a part-time Operations Associate to support the day-to-day administrative, operational, and project coordination needs of CVN Asia. Under the direction of the Vice President, Operations – Asia, and in close coordination with the Senior Project Manager, Operations – Asia, this role will help keep key workstreams organized, documented, and moving forward as CVN supports clinic launch and ongoing operations in Korea and the broader Asia region. The Operations Associate will provide reliable administrative and project support across calendars, meetings, documentation, stakeholder tracking, SharePoint organization, reporting follow-up, travel coordination, vendor and facilities support, onboarding logistics, and local operational readiness activities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Specifically, you will: Provide administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Operations – Asia and Senior Project Manager, Operations – Asia. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate virtual and in-person meeting logistics, and support agenda preparation for recurring operational check-ins. Attend selected meetings, take accurate notes, capture decisions and action items, and distribute timely follow-up summaries as requested. Maintain trackers, action logs, contact lists, stakeholder engagement notes, and other project documentation to support clinic launch and ongoing operations. Support SharePoint and Teams file organization, including uploading documents, maintaining folder structure, naming files consistently, and ensuring current versions are easy to locate. Assist with preparation, formatting, proofreading, and routing of written materials, presentations, reports, correspondence, briefings, and operational updates. Support coordination of site visits, leadership visits, community meetings, command briefings, and other official events, including schedules, visitor details, logistics, and follow-up materials. Assist with travel coordination, itinerary tracking, local transportation planning, lodging details, and expense documentation for approved Asia operations activities. Help monitor project timelines, milestone completion, dependencies, and follow-up items in coordination with the Senior Project Manager. Support data collection and basic reporting for operational dashboards, readiness trackers, training completion lists, and launch preparation materials. Assist with vendor, facilities, supply, security, signage, furniture, equipment, and other local readiness follow-up, as assigned. Support onboarding coordination for Korea-based employees, including checklist tracking, meeting scheduling, document collection follow-up, and coordination with HR, IT, Central Office, and local clinic leaders. Help maintain documentation related to SOFA, AAFES credentialing, installation access, base coordination, and other Korea-specific operational requirements, as directed by leadership. Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when coordinating administrative details, meeting logistics, document requests, or follow-up items. Maintain high standards of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural humility when handling operational, personnel, client-related, or sensitive business information. Use Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet or similar project tools, and other CVN systems to organize work and communicate effectively. Perform other duties as assigned. What’s required: At least 2 years of administrative, operations, project coordination, office management, or executive support experience; experience supporting senior leaders preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Must be located in South Korea and able to reliably support Korea-based operational activities; Applicants must currently possess valid Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) status and be authorized to work under SOFA provisions at the duty location. Employer sponsorship for SOFA status is not available for this position. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear meeting notes, action item summaries, emails, and formatted documents. Professional judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality when working with personnel, operational, financial, and potentially protected health information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms; experience with Smartsheet or other project management tools preferred. Ability to work effectively with U.S.-based Central Office teams, Korea-based clinic staff, military installation stakeholders, vendors, and community partners. Familiarity with the military community, overseas operations, DoD installation environment, AAFES, SOFA processes, or veteran and military family-serving organizations preferred. Korean language skills preferred but not required. Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule to support occasional meetings, visits, or operational needs across Korea and U.S. time zones. The hourly range for this role is $27.15 - $32.58 per hour (USD), which does not include discretionary annual bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. This position requires limited access to Protected Health Information (PHI) to carry out identified job responsibilities.
