Job Description

$15,000 Sign on Bonus; $14,900 paid out within 30 days of start and $100 paid out at 24 months. Full Time, 36 hour per week /.9 FTE 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. The Intensive Care Unit at Watertown Regional Medical Center is a 4-bed medical/surgical ICU. Registered Nurses staff the unit to care for critically ill patients. Hospitalist physicians (on site) collaborate to provide consistently excellent patient care. Requirements Must-Haves: Minimum of 1 year Critical Care Experience, Associate of Science Degree in Nursing, Critical Care Experience Required, Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure, Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers, CMSRN certification within 2 years of hire, Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, Three years current critical care RN experience.
