Material Handler Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM $18.00+ per hour (Based on Experience) Spanish Speaking Required Summary We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support manufacturing and warehouse operations by moving, storing, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring material flow throughout the plant. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift. Job Responsibilities Unpack, identify, move, and organize incoming materials Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility Ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory processes Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling procedures Store materials in designated locations according to company standards Pull and return materials as required for production operations Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed Perform cycle counts and support inventory control initiatives Complete material containment activities and inventory adjustments when necessary Safely stack, store, and relocate materials and containers Replace damaged boxes and packaging as needed Use forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently Participate in quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain housekeeping standards and keep work areas organized Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety requirements Perform additional duties as assigned Job Requirements Spanish speaking required Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience required Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more throughout the shift Knowledge of inventory control and material handling practices Basic computer skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attendance and dependability Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment Ability to work around warehouse and production equipment Work Environment Manufacturing and warehouse environment Frequent movement of materials throughout the facility Fast-paced production setting focused on safety and efficiency Exposure to forklifts, palletized materials, and warehouse equipment Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for advancement Benefits Weekly pay Full-time employment Starting pay of $18.00+ per hour based on experience On-the-job training Career advancement opportunities Health benefits package Retirement savings plan opportunities Safe and team-oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr ResourceMFG
