At Bradley Estates Nursing and Rehab (Sterling Therapy Solutions) , our nursing staff are overly courteous, respectful and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Our primary goal is to get you back in a condition to be independent once again while maintaining a friendly environment and providing nutritionally enhanced meals. We are currently recruiting for a Speech Therapist (PT/SLP)to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities: Speech Therapist (ST/SLP)
- Provides Speech Therapy services to patients and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Therapy Department procedures
- Provide appropriate treatment to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible within the confines of his/her physical abilities
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications and Skills: Speech Therapist (ST/SLP)
We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:
- Current ST/SLP certification in the state of Wisconsin
- Professional enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Shows initiative in daily work
