Position Details

We are seeking a Part-time Dental Hygienist to join our Oconomowoc practice. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, positive, and passionate about oral health education and preventive care. The hygienist will work closely with our doctor and clinical team to ensure patients receive outstanding service and a smooth, efficient experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing routine dental hygiene services such as cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
• Educating patients on oral hygiene, treatment needs, and long-term care
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborating with the dental team to support a cohesive, patientfocused workflow
• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and infection control

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• A professional, hardworking, and teamoriented attitude
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
