Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress Participate in staff development and training programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulations Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes resident comfort, dignity, and well-being Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Missouri 0 years of experience in a long-term care or short-term therapy setting Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds About Us At Fulton Manor Care Center, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
