We are recruiting a Support Worker for days and nights to join our service Roborough, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. About the Service - Roborough House provides expert care and treatment for adults with complex support needs, resulting from mental health disorders, dementias, strokes and progressive neurological conditions and associated comorbidities such as epilepsy, dysphagia, diabetes and behaviours that may challenge a mainstream nursing home. Experience in a Caring environment is preferred, but not essential. Ability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays. Good communication skills, allowing you to engage & interact with our residents. Ability to keep calm under pressure. Confidence to work alone and also be part of our wider service team. Passionate about making a difference to our resident's lives. Good written skills.
