High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Meets all applicable state requirements for an Early Childhood Teacher or Infant Teacher .
Previous experience working in early childhood education, childcare, daycare, or an infant classroom .
Experience caring for and supporting the development of infants and young children .
Child Development Associate ( CDA ) credential or college coursework/degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred.
Strong classroom management, communication, and child development skills .
