Construction Contracts Manager

SNI Companies is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Contract Administrator to support our client with an expanding portfolio of commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing construction contracts. Pay Rate: $90,000 to $130,000 annually (depending on education/experience) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (in-office, fully onsite) Contract Administrator Job Summary This position plays a key role in overseeing contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and providing contract administration support to project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contract management and experience handling subcontract agreements, change orders, and project documentation. Responsibilities Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements Ensure contract terms comply with company policies, project requirements, and applicable legal standards Manage contracts from execution through project closeout, maintaining accurate records and documentation Provide guidance to project teams regarding contract interpretation, obligations, and compliance requirements Track and process change orders, amendments, and other contract modifications Maintain organized contract files and documentation within company platforms such as Procore, ShareFile, Vista, and related systems Collaborate with project managers, leadership, and legal counsel to address contract-related matters Monitor insurance certificates, lien waivers, and other compliance-related documentation Identify potential contractual risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies Ensure contracts are executed and processed in a timely manner to support project schedules and operational goals Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction contract administration and/or management Strong knowledge of construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and project documentation processes Knowledge of lien laws, insurance compliance requirements, and contract risk management practices Experience supporting large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and document management skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Vista, or similar platforms 401k Plan with Employer Matching Short & Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident & Life Insurance Plans PTO, Holiday Pay, & Sick Days Promotional & Upward Mobility Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
