What You Will Do

Manage the day to day operation of the reservations department (function as resource for reservations sales agents; handle reservations sales calls; problem and conflict resolution; scheduling).

What You Will Bring

Minimum of two years' experience in a rooms division management capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization, preferably Reservations. Comprehensive computer and analytical skills, superior guest service and salesmanship skills. Proven success in a previous rooms division management position required, ability to manage multiple tasks, improve efficiency and productivity. Ability to read and speak and write English.

What To Expect

Full time schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
