• Hunt & Match: Source, screen, interview, and place top-tier talent in light industrial, administrative, and professional roles across the Pine Belt.
• Build Relationships: Act as a trusted consultant to local businesses, understanding their unique hiring pains and delivering perfect-match solutions.
• Own Your Desk: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle like it’s your own business. You track your metrics, drive your daily activity, and smash your goals.
• Be the Face of PrideStaff: Bring unmatched energy to every phone call, interview, and client interaction. You are the brand!

• Strong tech-savviness to navigate ATS systems, job boards, and social sourcing tools.
