What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on the nursing process
• Manage patient assessments, interventions, and emergency responses
• Collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary teams and communicate clearly
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations

What You Need

• Current Louisiana RN license
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
• At least 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
