$35–$40 PER 1-HOUR SESSION + UP TO $300 IN HIRING & RETENTION BONUSES!

Are you a nationally certified Personal Trainer looking for meaningful, flexible, part-time work during the day?

WE HAVE CLIENTS READY AND WAITING FOR YOU!

BeneFit Personal Training is urgently recruiting TWO Mobile Fitness Trainers to provide one-on-one strength, balance, mobility, and functional fitness training to older adults in their homes and residences.

WHAT WE OFFER:

✅ $35–$40 per completed one-hour training session

✅ Additional compensation for extended-distance client assignments

✅ Up to $300 in hiring and retention bonuses

✅ Established clients — no prospecting or selling required!

✅ Flexible daytime scheduling between 9 AM and 3 PM

✅ Potential to grow your weekly client schedule

✅ Specialty credentials in Senior Fitness or Medical Exercise considered in compensation

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

✔ Current NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM-CPT, ACE-CPT, ACSM-CPT, NSCA-CPT or equivalent)

✔ Current CPR/AED certification

✔ Reliable personal vehicle

✔ Consistent availability for at least one 3-hour daytime block

✔ Willingness to train at least 3 client sessions weekly as scheduling develops

✔ Professional, compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working with adults ages 55+

✔ Recent graduates in exercise science, exercise physiology, and physical therapy assistance are encouraged to apply.

Senior Fitness Specialist, Medical Exercise Specialist, and Corrective Exercise credentials are highly desirable!
