Senior Manager, Product Management - Delivery & Operations Product Lead - Medical Affairs Domain

Responsibilities

Lead business and technical requirements analysis for Veeva Medical CRM and Vault systems
Configure and optimize Veeva CRM components including inquiry management, call reporting, and consent workflows
Design Veeva Vault objects, lifecycles, workflows, and document types for scientific content management
Define AI-driven Medical Affairs workflows for inquiry categorization, sentiment analysis, and medical insights
Collaborate with integration teams to design and validate API integrations with enterprise systems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years
Expertise in Veeva Medical CRM, Veeva Medical Vault, and Salesforce platforms
Knowledge of Medical Affairs business processes and industry systems
Experience with Jira, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and backlog management
Proven ability to partner with data science teams on AI/ML solutions and APIs
Track record managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
